Each project is as unique as the clients themselves. My starting point is to look at the architecture and to hear the clients needs. I then look at what clients already have by asking them what they can reuse and keep. It is important to be conciously mindful and to understand that sustainability is not a trend. Existing features of a building can be highlighted instead of replaced, and it's essential to look closely at the personal items the client already has that can form the foundation of the new space or home. My philosophy is therefore to look at the total with new eyes, and to pull it together in a way that a total experience is created that supports and embraces our physical, emotional and sensory needs.

In this project showcased here, designer classics and vintage pieces that had been in the family home for many years were brought together with new items to create a fusion of renewal. The result is a sophisticated, modern and relaxed beach inspired home.
